Classic Rooms
Classic Rooms are a versatile and functional option, equipped with all amenities for an affordable stay by the sea in Liguria.
Please note:
The Classic Rooms are located on the first floor on the garden side or the tree-lined avenue, and are the perfect choice for budget-conscious travellers. The bathrooms in these rooms are smaller and do not have windows.
The Classic Rooms range in size from approximately 14 m² to 16 m². They do not have a sea view.

Comfort Rooms
The Comfort Rooms feature high-quality, latest-generation Simmons or Dorelan mattresses and are located on the upper floors, ensuring a better view of the garden or the tree-lined avenue in Diano Marina (we do not have a sea view).
The bathrooms in these rooms are smaller in size and do not have windows.
Rooms for disabled guests are also available.

Rooms Comfort Plus
The Comfort Rooms feature high-quality, new-generation Simmons or Dorelan mattresses and newly refurbished furnishings; they are located on the inner courtyard side and do not have a sea view.
The bathrooms have also been refurbished and are more comfortable, equipped with a shower cubicle and a large window.
