What is included in the price?

Included in the full board and half board price:

  • Rich sweet and savoury breakfast buffet
  • Menu with a wide selection of Ligurian dishes with a variety of meat and fish
  • Rooms equipped with balcony, private bathroom, TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer, mini-fridge, and air conditioning
  • Bar with lounge, reading room, TV room

  • Use of the pre-Olympic pool at our nearby Hotel Raffy until full in summer

Not included:

  • Drinks. You can activate the Drinks Included package for unlimited water, house wine, and soft drinks by the glass during meals for €15.00 per room per day
  • Our parking is inside the hotel, by reservation with limited spaces and a daily fee of €9.00. If you haven’t booked it yet, make sure of availability. Please note that covered parking spaces are suitable for cars no longer than 4 meters and no higher than 1.80 meters. If your car is larger, please let us know at the time of booking and reserve, subject to availability, two parking spaces. Pay attention to the night between Monday and Tuesday: due to the weekly market, it is not possible to park along Viale Kennedy.
  • Adjacent to our property are free parking areas.
  • The Wellness Center on the 4th floor. Visit the detailed page of the Spa Regulations.
  • The Beach Service is partnered with nearby Bagni Mar Ligure and Bagni Paradiso. Just book the solution that best suits your needs. Some booking solutions already include the beach service, but where not expressly indicated, it is considered not included. For all info, please check the Beach section.
  • Small and medium-sized pets are allowed for a fee; however, access to the restaurant and wellness area is prohibited.

Promotions are not cumulative. Please read the conditions of the chosen solution at the time of confirmation.

How to book?

We will be happy to respond to booking requests by filling out the booking form on our website or via e-mail and phone.

Online booking is also active on the web page to book directly.

  • The reservation will be confirmed after sending a deposit equal to 30% of the stay amount, which you can send by Postal Order, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and/or via PayPal.
  • Deposits sent will be credited to our final account net of bank charges for the operation.
  • The confirmation deposit, paid to fix the reservation, will be forfeited for late cancellations and, in addition to withholding the deposit, it is possible that payment of the entire cost of the booked stay or the greater damage suffered may be required regardless of the reason for cancellation, which must always be communicated in writing via email to info@corallohotel.it.

  • It is mandatory to include the booking references (the name with which the reservation was made, arrival date, and departure date) in the reason for the payment by postal order or bank transfer.
  • The cancellation of the stay must be communicated via email to info@corallohotel.it and is considered valid following our written confirmation. Any other type of communication will not be considered valid to block the deposit.

New cancellation policies

Dear Guest, we are already thinking about how to welcome you back in the best way and have created new cancellation policies:

  • DEPOSITS AND ADVANCE PAYMENTS WILL BE CREDITED, IF NOT USED, FOR THE NEXT STAY IN OUR CORALLO WELLNESS HOTEL (you can cancel your stay free of charge up to 7 days before arrival – for some high season periods, the cancellation must be communicated within 14 days before arrival)
  • In case of early departure or late arrival, a charge equal to a maximum of 3 nights of the room price may be requested as indicated by the “Hotel Practices and Customs” of the Imperia Chamber of Commerce.
  • Any unused meals will be deducted from the stay only if the reception is notified by 10:00 am on the day you wish to skip lunch or dinner.

Payment methods:

Guests are invited to communicate their chosen payment method upon arrival and to settle the bill at least the day before departure.

  • The hotel bill can be settled with a debit card, Visa, Mastercard, and in cash up to a maximum amount of €1999.00. Checks are not accepted.
  • Guests who have not sent a deposit at the time of booking are requested to pay an advance upon arrival at the hotel.
  • Our prices may change during sports events or special events, the tourist tax is excluded.

RECALCULATION OF VAT TAXES AND DUTIES:
In the event of any changes in VAT as well as any other taxes or levies included in the prices charged or connected with the services offered by the Hotel (e.g., without claiming to be exhaustive, the tourist tax), these will be charged in accordance with the laws in force, in addition to the agreed rates.

By making a reservation, you accept the aforementioned conditions, expressly renouncing any different conditions established by NEXI or by any other credit card providers used.

Questions and Answers

How can I calculate the best quote?

It’s very easy, using our online booking on the site www.corallohotel.it you are sure to get the best price for your seaside holiday, as discounts and promotions are calculated based on the chosen period. Those who book directly always receive a 5% discount on the stay. Promotions are not cumulative. Changes to the online booking will always be possible through email or phone communication.

How can I know if my booking is confirmed?

As soon as we receive the required deposit, we usually confirm the booking by email, or if this is not possible, we will contact you by phone.

What time can I arrive?

Check-in is possible from 12:00 pm for those who have booked full board and from 3:00 pm for all our other guests, so we have the necessary time to prepare the room. The parking lot, if booked, will also be available from 12:00 pm.

On the day of departure, your room and parking space will be available until 10:00 am.

The reception is open daily from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm.

For late arrivals, our night porter will be available, while if you wish to leave before 8:30 am, please settle the bill the night before.

How far is the Train Station?

The DIANO Station is about 3 km from our hotel. To check the shuttle bus schedule, please visit the Diano Marina Municipality website. Alternatively, we recommend booking a Taxi at tel- 0183 495210. The shuttle bus stop is about 1 km from our hotel.

How much does the beach cost? Are there free beaches in Diano? Are there dog-friendly beaches?

For stays from June 15 to September 15, you can combine the Beach Service at Bagni Delfino, Solarium, or Bagni Mappamondo in the centre of Diano Marina, booking the umbrella and two sunbeds with the room, subject to availability.

Are drinks included in the stay?

Drinks are not included in the stay. You can add the “Drinks included with meals” package from our Additional Services when booking online, or upon arrival at the hotel, to include water, house wine, draft beer, and soft drinks during lunch and/or dinner.

Parking?

The hotel has an internal parking lot, by reservation and for a fee, it is possible to reserve a spot for your car at the time of booking. Our parking spaces, covered and uncovered, are for medium-sized cars (about 4 metres long and 1.80 metres high), if you have a larger car, you need to reserve two spaces and inform us at the time of booking. Adjacent to our property are free parking areas.
