Please note that the covered car parks are suitable for cars no longer than 4 meters and no more than 1.80 meters high. If your car is larger, please let us know at the time of booking and reserve, subject to our availability, 2 parking spaces.
  • Adjacent to our structure there are free parking areas.
  • Pay attention to the night between Monday and Tuesday: due to market weeks it is not possible to park along viale Kennedy.

  • Animals of small and medium size allowed for a surcharge;
  • Pets can not, however, access to the restaurant;

How to Book?

Booking conditions & cancellation policy Dear customers, we are already thinking about how we can welcome you again and we have created new cancellation policies: NO CANCELLATION PENALTY, IF THE TRIP IS LIMITED BY COVID-19 DEPOSITS  WILL BE ACCREDITED, IF NOT USED, FOR THE NEXT STAY IN OUR HOTEL CORALLO (you can cancel your stay for free up to 7 days before arrival); In case of early departure or late arrival, a charge equal to a maximum of 3 nights of the room price may be requested as indicated by the “Hotel Uses and Customs” of the Chamber of Commerce of Imperia. Any meals not consumed will be deducted from the stay only if the reception is notified by 10:00 on the day on which you wish to renounce lunch or dinner;
  • Your booking becomes valid and will be confirmed only after receiving the account-deposit by bank, credite card, Paypal or post. You could also use our booking online system and give your credit card number and expiration date. The deposit is to send within 48 hours  from the date of booking.
  • For the account-transfer you have to comunicate the reservation-dates, your name and the arrival and departure days.
  • Only in the case of cancelling your booking 7 days before your arrival you can use the account deposit for another booking until 1 year (reguarding our availability).
  • Check-In for room an parking after the 15:00 p.m., check-out until the 10.00 a.m.
  • No taken meals will be charged only if you advise the reception until the 10.00 a.m the same day.
  • Arrival or departure different from booking are to pay extra with the tarife of 3 nights of your booking (as like the rules of the tourist and hotel conditions-contract in Italy);
  • We ask you to inform us with arrival about your preferred type of payment. Not more that one day before your departure you have to pay the bill.
  • We ask you to leave some account on the reception with arrival, if we didn’t received any account payment before.
  • Our prices can be different in the case of sport or special events.

General Condition SPA & Gym

Guidelines to Wellness. Small expedients for a great Wellness experience.

Privacy and Relax It is requested to keep a low voice tone and to turn off personal devices when in the Wellness Area in order to ensure all guests a quiet atmosphere.

The Corallo Spa It is located on the fourth floor within the Solarium area. At your service there will be the Finnish sauna, the Steam bath, emotional showers, the Icefall, and the Scottish shower.

Opening hours from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm.

The recommended stay inside the Spa is two hours in order to guarantee the right mental and physical well-being of our guests. The Spa experience is only for people over 14 years old (accompanied by adults).

• Please use the antymicotic water spray located at the entrance. Before entering the water please take a shower.
• It is necessary to wear the swimsuit to enter all the SPA services and to use the cap for entering in the Jacuzzi.
• The use of any kind of personal hygiene products (such as peeling, depilatory cream, oils, masks, etc..) is not allowed and so the use of soaps in the Wet Area
• Please do not enter water if you have injuries, scrapings or any skin disorder of suspicious infected nature (such as warts, dermatitis, mycosis). Smoking is forbidden and no food or alcoholic beverages can be consumed.
• One must enter in the sauna without slippers on and you also need to place a white towel under your seat, you will find it at your disposal (avoiding any waste). We don’t recommend its use: on an empty or overfull stomach, in case of too high or too low blood pressure, in presence of heart or circulation problems and for persons who have a pace-maker, when having fever, in case of skin inflammation (there is the risk of transmitting it on others), in case of varicose veins, during pregnancy or menstrual cycle.
• In all the Wellness center areas smoking is forbidden and no food or alcoholic beverages can be consumed.
• Before entering the Wet Area you must take a shower and cover yourself with the given towels in order to keep the correct hygiene conditions.
• In the sauna it is mandatory to enter without slippers on.
• After the proper physiological time, never more than 20 minutes, cool the body down with a cold shower or with the icefall.

We remind you to properly rehydrate your body before and after the sauna drinking water or infusions.

• In the Relax areas it is not possible to occupy sunbeds with towels or bathrobes if you are not using them, in order to let everybody use them for the necessary time, usually 20 minutes.
• In case of allergies, special health conditions or pregnancy status
(including circulatory or cardiac problems or diseases related to blood pressure
), please do not use the sauna.
• Before any treatment we suggest you to prepare yourself with a relaxing shower and to do not drink alcoholics.
• We recommend to not to wear jewellery to make your experience as great as possible. It is also recommended to put your jewellery in the safety deposit box in your room.
• Management is not responsible for any thefts or the loss of unattended items.
• Management is not responsible for any potential accidents, injuries or other things that may happen to guests due to behavior attributable to them.



The service staff is authorized to intervene at any time to
demand compliance with these regulations.

• Given bathrobes and towels have to be left in the room, in the changing room or have to be given back to the reception, otherwise they will be charged in your account.
• It is possible to ask for shampoo and cap if you haven’t yours.
• In case of severe bad weather it could be not possible to use of the external Jacuzzi, even if it is heated, but that do not implicate a price reduction or a refund.

When you make the reservation, possibly 48 hours before your arrival, please inform the Hotel in case of any allergies, intolerances or diseases in general (such as hypertension, pregnancy, etc….). 

Please arrive on time or the appointment. In case of delay the treatment will last less time. The total cost of the treatment will be charged to your account if the reservation is cancelled during the 24 hours before the appointment. A credit card or identity document may be required as a guarantee.

The Corallo gym is located on the fourth floor next to the spa, it is easily reachable with the lift. Opening hours from 9.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. The Spa experience is only for people over 14 years old (accompanied by adults).

• The users will be fully responsible for the correct use of the gym equipments. Guests must have the utmost care and respect for facilities, equipments and the structure in general, they also must have an appropriate clothing.
• All rooms in the Wellness Center are cleaned daily. It is mandatory to wear an appropriate footwear for accessing the gym area in order not to
soil the floor. It is also mandatory the use of a towel that have to be placed underneath yourself when using gym equipments.
• Smoking is forbidden inside the gym area, in the changing room and in the toilette.
• It is forbidden to carry or drink alcoholic beverages inside the gym area, in the changing room and in the toilette.
• At the end of the gym session the guest is asked to carefully put the equipments back ,and in particular to properly stow dumbbells, barbells and weights.
• After using the equipment, it will be the user’s responsibility to disinfect the
equipment with the appropriate sanitizing detergent located in the gym.
• Equipments cannot be reserved.
• No bags or backpacks are allowed in the fitness room.

• Locker assignment is free and lockers must be emptied at the end of the Spa or the Gym experience.
Management assumes no responsibility for accidents or damage to persons and/or property caused by careless behavior.
